How Boelong works
Keep the people, dates and gift ideas that matter to you in one place.
1. Start with someone
On the homepage, choose your relationship, an important date and up to two interests. Preview your choices before creating an account or logging in.
2. Save their details
After signing in, add their name or nickname and confirm the occasion. Your homepage draft stays in the same browser for seven days. If you confirm your email in another browser, return to the original browser to finish saving.
3. Choose your reminder
Open their profile and use “Plan a reminder”. Select the occasion, how early to be reminded and a local send time. Check “Email me this reminder”, then save. Saving a date alone does not turn on emails.
4. Find a thoughtful gift
Choose “Find gift ideas” to see up to ten matching products based on their interests and things to avoid, then change batches when more matches are available. A USD budget is optional. Suggestions use keyword rules. Check the merchant’s current price and availability before buying.
5. Remember what you gave
Save an idea to “Saved gifts & history”. When you give it, record the date, amount and notes. Previously given gifts are flagged in recommendations. Saving an idea does not place an order.
Private profiles are hidden from Everyday, but remain accessible to anyone signed into your account.
